The movable column three-axis automatic AHD series (PSG-5010/5012/6015/7015/6020/7020/6025/7025/8020/9020/8030/9030AHD) is our heavy-duty, fully automatic surface grinder line, engineered for ultra-large workpieces and high-precision industrial grinding.Key features include:- Heavy-Duty T-Bed Structure: Built with a T-shaped bed design, the entire grinding stroke of large workpieces is fully supported by the base. This ensures exceptional rigidity, stability, and consistent accuracy even when processing oversized and heavy components.
- Three-Axis Automatic Control: All three axes operate automatically, with the vertical axis driven by a Taiwan Delta servo system paired with a high-precision P3 ball screw and worm gear connection. This delivers stable, reliable performance with a minimum feed rate as low as 0.001mm.
- User-Friendly & Unattended Operation: Equipped with a 4-inch text display for direct, convenient setup and monitoring. After parameters are set, the machine supports fully automatic, unattended grinding. Audio and visual prompts are triggered automatically when the cycle is complete, reducing operator oversight.

1. Precision Ball Screw Assembly
Every grinder is equipped with P3-grade high-precision ball screws forexceptional motion control. With a low friction coefficient of 0.002–0.005 and over 90% transmission efficiency, these screws minimize heat buildup, reduce wear, and eliminate backlash. Adjustable preload ensures consistent positioning accuracy, converting rotary motion into smooth linear feed to deliver the micron-level precision required for critical grinding operations.

2. Heavy-Duty Spindle Performance
Engineered for industrial-grade durability, each spindle is fitted with Japanese NSK CP4 precision angular contact ball bearings. The spindle runout is controlled to within 0.002mm, guaranteeing stable, vibration-free cutting even under heavy loads. This robust spindle design ensures consistent surface finishes and reliable performance for more than 10 years of continuous use.3. Rigid HT300 Cast Iron Base
The machine bed, worktable, and key structural components are cast from high-grade HT300 grey cast iron. After high-temperature tempering and more than 6 months of natural aging, internal stresses are fully eliminated, preventing long-term deformation. The rigid, vibration-dampening structure provides a stable foundation for high-precision grinding, maintaining dimensional accuracy over decades of operation.

4. High-Response Servo System
Our grinders use top-tier control systems from Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Delta, paired with precision servo drives. The closed-loop servo control delivers ultra-fine feed resolution down to 0.001mm, ensuring precise, repeatable positioning for every cut. With fast response and smooth acceleration/deceleration, the system supports both high-speed rough grinding and ultra-precise finishing operations.5. Hand-Scraped Guideways for Superior Stability
To achieve the highest level of surface contact and oil retention, guideways are hand-scraped by experienced technicians with over 10 years of expertise. Finished to 10–12 contact points per square centimeter, the guideways are then lined with imported Teflon to reduce friction and wear. This traditional craftsmanship ensures smooth, stick-slip-free movement and long-term geometric accuracy.

6. High-Efficiency Electromagnetic Chuck
Equipped with a high-performance electromagnetic chuck featuring steel plate bonding technology and full copper coils, our grinders deliver strong, evenly distributed magnetic force up to 16 kg/cm². The chuck is adjustable for different workpiece sizes, supports continuous operation for over 20 hours, and features automatic auxiliary positioning.
