    2.Main Components

    1. Precision Ball Screw Assembly

    Every grinder is equipped with P3-grade high-precision ball screws for 

    exceptional motion control. With a low friction coefficient of 0.002–0.005 and over 90% transmission efficiency, these screws minimize heat buildup, reduce wear, and eliminate backlash. Adjustable preload ensures consistent positioning accuracy, converting rotary motion into smooth linear feed to deliver the micron-level precision required for critical grinding operations.

     

    2. Heavy-Duty Spindle Performance

    Engineered for industrial-grade durability, each spindle is fitted with Japanese NSK CP4 precision angular contact ball bearings. The spindle runout is controlled to within 0.002mm, guaranteeing stable, vibration-free cutting even under heavy loads. This robust spindle design ensures consistent surface finishes and reliable performance for more than 10 years of continuous use.

    3. Rigid HT300 Cast Iron Base

    The machine bed, worktable, and key structural components are cast from high-grade HT300 grey cast iron. After high-temperature tempering and more than 6 months of natural aging, internal stresses are fully eliminated, preventing long-term deformation.     6. High-Efficiency Electromagnetic Chuck

    Equipped with a high-performance electromagnetic chuck featuring steel plate bonding technology and full copper coils, our grinders deliver strong, evenly distributed magnetic force up to 16 kg/cm². The chuck is adjustable for different workpiece sizes, supports continuous operation for over 20 hours, and features automatic auxiliary positioning.
