Recently, the 2026 Qingdao International Airport Supporting Industrial Equipment Exhibition came to a successful conclusion. As a professional manufacturer of high-precision grinders, BODPYEAH brought four full-series surface grinder product lines to the exhibition.
The exhibited products cover all application scenarios including small precision sample processing, medium-sized automated mass production, large heavy-duty workpiece machining and high-end CNC special-shaped grinding. Targeting high-precision machining demands for aviation structural parts, airport supporting precision hardware, tooling and molds, our machines drew crowds of purchasers from aviation manufacturing, precision machinery and mold-making industries for on-site consultation and business discussion.
Supported by the clustered aviation industry of Qingdao Airport, this exhibition focuses on the complete industrial chain of aviation equipment and airport supporting parts. BODPYEAH displayed four core machine tool series tailored to different workpiece sizes, precision standards and mass production requirements:

1. Small Manual Precision Grinder Series

Built with thick cast low-vibration body and high-precision linear scales, it delivers micron-level grinding accuracy. Two transmission types are optional for smooth operation and long service life. Ideal for small aviation spare parts, inspection gauges and mold prototype processing.

2. Saddle-Type 3-Axis Automatic Grinder Series

Equipped with world-class servo drive systems and high-precision ball screws, the minimum feed reaches 0.001mm. Fitted with a touchscreen, it supports auto wheel dressing and error compensation to realize unattended batch grinding, perfectly suited for mass production of aviation standard parts.

3. Heavy-Duty Moving Column 3-Axis Grinder Series

Adopts T-type full-support bed to prevent deformation of oversized heavy aviation workpieces. Full 3-axis servo control enables stable micro-feeding. Complete table size options are available for large aviation structural components and heavy fixture processing.

4. High-End Full CNC Precision Grinder Series

Flagship CNC grinders with rigid frame and low-vibration spindle, preloaded linear guides deliver ultra-fine 0.0001mm feed precision. It realizes fully automatic grinding, self-correction and custom tooling solutions for titanium alloy, composite and high-end aviation complex parts, supporting one-operator multi-machine production lines.
 
At the booth, our technical team provided one-on-one aviation machining consulting. We introduced anti-deformation structural advantages for aluminum and titanium aviation parts, demonstrated unattended automated grinding workflows, and displayed micron-level precision control for aviation inspection tools. Our grinders won multiple cooperation intentions from local airport supporting manufacturers with stable accuracy, long lifespan and low maintenance costs.
